Door delivery in three steps

    Pick the Pod you'll drop at and type the receiver's address. The price appears straight away.

    Pick a speed and pay

    Overnight, Standard (same day), Priority (sooner today) or Express (within hours). Pay with M-Pesa.

    A rider delivers it

    Your receiver gets an SMS with a tracking link and sees who is carrying it once a rider picks it up.

How fast is door delivery?

You choose: Express within hours, Priority sooner today, Standard the same day, or Overnight by morning.

Can my receiver see where the parcel is?

Yes. The tracking link shows seven stages, from check-in to delivery, and the rider's name and photo once it's picked up.

How does the rider know they're handing it to the right person?

Only the receiver gets the doorstep handover code. It is never shown on the public tracker.

How much does door delivery cost?

It is priced by route, size, speed and handling. Check the price before you send — nothing is asked of you first.
