    Pick the Pod you'll drop at and the Pod your receiver will collect from. The price appears straight away.

    Pay with M-Pesa

    Choose a size and speed, add the receiver, confirm with a one-time code and pay. No account needed.

    Drop it off

    Bring the parcel to your Pod with the code we send you. Your receiver gets an SMS with their PIN and a tracking link.

It is priced by route, size, speed and handling, and the price is shown before you give us anything. Pod to Pod is the lowest-priced way to send.

How does my receiver collect the parcel?

They get an SMS with a PIN and a tracking link. At the Pod they enter the PIN and the compartment opens.

How long can a parcel wait at the Pod?

Every parcel gets a free collection window. Your receiver can extend it or have it sent on from the tracking page.

Do I need an account to send?

No. A one-time code confirms it's you, and you pay with M-Pesa.
