Partners
Your Network. Our Last Mile.
You already move parcels into Nairobi. What happens after they reach your branch is where the complaints come from. Pinned takes the parcel from there — under an authorised handover, with the receiver told at every step, and proof at the end.
100%
Recipient notification
Every parcel that enters the handover generates a notification to the person waiting for it. Not most. Not the ones somebody remembered to call.
80%
Goods dispatch target
What we work to with PSV partners: four parcels in five leaving your branch instead of waiting for someone to come and ask about them.
Notification is not a feature. It is the whole problem.
A parcel sitting in a branch office is not a delivery problem. It is an information problem — nobody told the person it had arrived. Fix that and the same parcel moves, the counter clears, and three different people stop phoning.
For your management
Parcels stop ageing at the counter.
You see what arrived, what moved and what is still sitting. Dwell time becomes a number you can manage instead of a pile you walk past.
For the sender
They stop chasing you.
The sender can see their goods were handed over and delivered, so your office is no longer the place people ring to find out where something is.
For the receiver
They are told, then they choose.
A message tells them the parcel has landed, and they pick what happens next — collect it, or have it brought to the door.
How authorised handover works
Nothing is collected from your branch without an agreement behind it. The workflow is the agreement, made operational.
-
1
Your parcel arrives
It reaches your branch exactly as it does today. Nothing changes upstream of this point.
-
2
Handover is authorised
The parcel is released to Pinned under the agreed workflow — not to whoever turns up asking for it.
-
3
The receiver is notified
They are told it has arrived, and they choose collection from a Pod or delivery to the door.
-
4
Proof closes the loop
Delivery is evidenced, and both you and the sender can see it happened.
What you keep
- Your customer, your brand, your pricing to them.
- Your trunk route and your branch network.
- The decision on which parcels enter the handover at all.
What Pinned carries
- Notifying the receiver and taking their choice.
- The last mile itself — to a Pod or to the door.
- Proof of delivery, and the record behind it.
Live today, and what is still being built
Live
- Receiver notification and the choice that follows it.
- Door delivery across the areas we serve in Nairobi.
- Collection from Pinned Pods where a Pod is open — see where.
- Proof of delivery on every completed parcel.
Being built
- Direct system-to-system handover with partner platforms.
- Further Pods, as each site is confirmed and opened.
- Consolidated partner reporting across branches.
We do not describe an integration as live until it is. If something here matters to your decision, ask and we will tell you exactly where it stands.
Where handover already happens
Partner branches where Pinned collects. Search from where you are, or from where you are sending — a parcel is only useful if it lands somewhere its receiver can reach.
Talk to us about your network
Partnerships are agreed at management level, not signed up for online. This form starts that conversation — it does not create an account or commit either side to anything.
We will want to understand your routes, your branch footprint and the volumes that currently sit waiting for collection.
Bring your network to Pinned
Tell us where you operate. Our partnerships team will come back to you about authorised handover.
